The Gustav Program was created by Sivik Cobra to assist the Galactic Republic in the advancement of the Blaze Trooper Program. Cobra Corporations allowed the Valkyrie Venator to use its products for field testing. Current Cobra Corporations own the rights to the Gutav and any other Blaze Trooper upgrades due to a business deal signed by the Galactic Republic Military and Cobra Corporations. Officer Rom Mohc was given strict orders by the Security Council of Palpatine to oversee the Progression of the Gustav Suit Program.
